Our client is a leading UKAS accredited provider of calibration services to a growing portfolio of customers throughout the UK. Due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Sales Manager.
The successful applicant will undertake a field / office based role focusing on business development activities.
Reporting to the directors the sales manager will be responsible for generating new sales revenue by winning new customers and of course developing business within the existing client base.
Our client provides a wide range of calibration services including;
Your responsibility will be to develop and implement a sales plan and to monitor your own sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Duties including but not limited to the following;
You will be an experienced sales manager / engineer with a track record of previous business development succcess.
The role will also suit an experienced calibration engineer ideally with good business development and /or sales capabilities.
You will have good sales and negotiation skills and you will a good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday – 40 hrs (flexible)
Competitive basic salary negotiable + Commission + Car
28 days annual leave
